The goal is to reduce our waste by 44% and increase recycling by 86% - an ambitious target but we love a challenge! We are so excited to welcome Ozharvest WA as our Sustainable Community Partner, to help us achieve these environmental goals.

Patrons are encouraged to bring your own plates, cutlery and cups from home to enjoy your market meals. This is the #1 thing that will drive change in our environmental footprint, so we really encourage the community to B-Y-O!

Use the dedicated Waste Stations to dispose of your waste

These stations will be manned by the glorious OzHarvest WA volunteers, who will ensure all waste is disposed of correctly.
